A friend of a friend runs www.NDS-Gear.com - he started the website when he bought an R4 card online and was made to wait 4 weeks because of the shortage, so basically his idea is that:
- All cards personally tested before sending
- All e-mails with questions answered promptly and customers helped
- All items shipped next business day because he won't sell something that isn't in stock
But he wants to know what else he can do to make the service even better, since he's just one guy and doesn't order hundreds, he's not making much money out of it.
Can anybody offer some suggestions, or perhaps some constructive criticism? The more detail, the better.

For R4/M3/DSTT Cards online, how can this website be made better?
I'm no buisness expert. but really, his prices are way too high. i worked out that 40 pounds for an R4 is over $100 in my country. there is many other sites, such as Dealextreme.com or bamboogaming.com which offer the same thing for more than half that price. his prces will have to go down if he can compete with the Hong Kong market.
