How and where can I get a Business Management Degree in West Virginia?

I am currently living in Beckley Wv and I want to start my own business, however I rather not have to go to college and take tons of expensive/pointless classes on top of the classes I would actually need. So who do I talk to about getting classes like this or where can I find them online? I know nothing about going to college because I never expected to be able to go to college on my income. Any and all help would be appreciated.
