This BBB is a online organisation where you can lodge scam, credit cards scams, etc.
So can i trust them? n when i post to develop a report.. they didnt reply me.. i just want to make sure that a business company is legal and not scams. When i check with BBB company listing.. its is very hard to understand... whether the company is legal or just a scam.
BBB - Better Business Bereau?
Not sure where you are located, but the US site is very clear. The BBB is simply a depository of complaints; they do not actively try to resolve the complaints. In the US, they are a well respected organization and can be trusted.

Reply:The BBB doesn't do anything until they see complaints coming in regularly on certain companies. They keep the info and will act as advocates if necessary. Yes they can be trusted, and yes they are swamped and it takes a while for them to respond.
