They sent me the wrong Princess Leia Halloween costume for my daughter and after many attempts to contact them they told me I was the one who was mistaken. I feel like they stole my money!!! I have never had trouble with online ordering before and do it all the time. After I had so much difficulty with them I searched on Yahoo and see they have a very bad reputation for just this sort of thing. Has anyone been able to get them to practice honest business?
Avoid "BrandsonSale"!! Terrible online retailer w/ no customer service. Has anyone gotten through to them?
are they on EBAY or do they have a web site?
