im looking to open a small business and i would like to be able to get all the required paperwork online and print it out so i can fill it out at my leasure and would also like to be able to have everything in hand so when it became time to apply i would be ahead of myself

Reply:Tax ID is matter of tax form filled out or just being a dba and using your SS#.
Business license is something your local city government will deal with and issue, depending on where the biz is located.
There are no really forms to sit and fill out to open a biz. Each biz is different and the taxes, license, etc all pertain to each differently.
My biz, I need no license, no nothing. Just normal taxes each year. Just go to your local city office and ask them, they will tell you want you need and don't need.
The mound of red tape your are imagining is not there.
