Is anyone else having problems with toys r us taking giftcards online??

i did a babies r us baby registry with the intent to use giftcards online....well, now you can't use them online.


i am sooooo ticked and i am reporting the situation to the better business bureau, consumer affairs and our legal department on base.


they are still selling giftcards in the stores that state you can use them on their websites, even though you can't.





is anyone else having trouble with this?? what are you doing about it.





the company is refusing to reimburse me for the cards, so now, i am having to buy baby stuff at other stores with my own money.


the closest stores to us are minimum of 1 hour and that store is a crap hole....we tried going there yesterday to use them....





so, any problems??

if i were u id sell the gift card on ebay, maybe for like $5 less or so, at least then u can still use the $$ on something that you will need!!
